Role Description The Compliance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The individual will support regulatory and tax compliance activities, including monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to accounting, VAT, and corporate tax, and helping ensure internal processes align with these requirements.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, assisting in the preparation of compliance reports, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address compliance queries, and maintaining accurate records and audit-ready files.

The role also involves supporting risk assessments,



contributing to the development and updating of compliance policies and procedures, and participating in training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong compliance culture. The Compliance Executive is expected to collaborate closely with finance, audit, and advisory teams to deliver reliable, timely compliance support to clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance and Law knowledge relevant to accounting, tax, and corporate governance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, interpret regulations, and identify potential compliance risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or taxation are an advantage.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services or professional services firms is preferred.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and robust organizational skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial.
