Role Description The Complex Project Manager – SAP HANA role at Codians.ai is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end SAP HANA projects, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.

The Project

Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee SAP Plant Maintenance and related business processes, and ensure that implementations meet business requirements, timelines, and budget. Day-to-day activities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues, conducting status meetings, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.



The role also involves collaborating with business users to refine processes, optimizing SAP solutions, and driving continuous improvement across complex project portfolios.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP Project Management skills, including experience leading complex SAP HANA implementations.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Plant Maintenance processes and integration within SAP environments.
- Expertise in Business Process analysis, design, and optimization related to SAP solutions.
- Proven track record in end-to-end Project Implementation, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in SAP project management or similar roles, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams on-site.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and partners, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
