About the Role

Amba Shakti Foundation is seeking field-oriented Community Mobilizers to support its Skill Development Programme in Sikandrabad Block. The role involves community mobilisation, candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination and field-level support for the effective implementation of skill training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and mobilise eligible candidates for skill development programmes through regular village and community visits.
- Conduct awareness sessions and counsel prospective candidates about training opportunities.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) representatives, Block Office, NRLM, Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and local stakeholders.
- Support candidate registration, documentation and enrolment.
- Coordinate with trainees, trainers and training partners to ensure smooth programme implementation.
- Monitor trainee attendance, follow up on dropouts and track training completion and post-training outcomes.
- Maintain mobilisation data, beneficiary records and regular field reports.

Candidate Profile




- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilisation, skill development, livelihoods, rural development or similar development-sector programmes.
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant field experience may also be considered.
- Familiarity with Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr and surrounding villages preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and community relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and local dialects.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office, Excel and digital reporting desirable.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field visits.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Sikandrabad/Bulandshahr.
