: Community / Student Support Intern

About the Role:- We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Community Support Intern to manage and engage with our Telegram communities. The candidate will be responsible for assisting community members, sharing relevant updates, monitoring group activities, and ensuring a positive and active community workplace.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor Telegram groups/channels on a daily basis. Respond to students' queries and provide timely support.

Share important announcements, updates, study materials, schedules, and other relevant information.

Monitor group conversations and maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment.

Escalate complex queries or issues to the concerned team.

Encourage student participation and engagement through polls, discussions, quizzes, and other activities. Identify and report spam, inappropriate content, or policy violations.





Maintain regular communication with community members and understand their concerns.

Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and support teams whenever required.

Maintain basic records/reports of community activities, queries, and engagement.

Requirements:- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic understanding of Telegram and social media platforms.

Good typing and computer skills.

Ability to communicate politely and professionally with students.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable handling multiple queries simultaneously.

Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.

Previous experience in community management, customer support, student support, social media, or EdTech will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

Ability to create engaging messages, polls, and announcements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
