We are looking for a Commi 3 Chef – Indian Tandoor to join The Mad Molecule Cafe & Restro in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian Tandoor and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality Indian and Tandoor dishes while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Indian Tandoor dishes as per the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Handle day-to-day Tandoor operations efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and Tandoor section.
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist the senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and preparation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Manage kitchen requirements during busy service hours.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.





Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commi 3 / Tandoor Chef in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of Indian Tandoor and Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
