Role Description We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Commercial Loans Specialist to manage loan cases from sourcing to disbursement. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial lending, credit assessment, loan processing, banker coordination, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Business Loan, LAP, Working Capital, Term Loan, and Commercial Property financing cases.
- Assess client eligibility based on financial statements, banking history, credit profile, and business performance.
- Collect, review, and verify loan documentation.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Credit Teams, Legal Teams, and Valuation Agencies.
- Prepare and analyze financial information, CMA data, and funding proposals.
- Track applications through sanction, documentation, and disbursement stages.




- Maintain robust relationships with lending partners and identify the most suitable financing options for clients.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding loan status and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and lender guidelines.
- Support business development efforts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and maintaining excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Commercial Loans, Business Loans, LAP, SME Lending, Credit Analysis, or Loan Processing.
- Good understanding of financial statements, GST returns, ITRs, banking analysis, and credit assessment.
- Familiarity with loan documentation, sanction processes, and lender requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of CMA preparation will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
