Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Sales professional. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective business clients, understanding their risk profiles, and recommending suitable commercial insurance products. The professional will conduct needs assessments, prepare and present proposals, and coordinate with insurance carriers and brokerage partners to finalize policies.

Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, responding to client inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems.



The role also requires staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to guide clients with informed advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Commercial Insurance, with a focus on business risk coverage.

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance for advising clients on multi-line coverage options.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or financial services is beneficial.

- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in spoken and written English.

- Comfort working remotely, using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and client relationships.

- Knowledge of commercial insurance regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.

- Relevant degree or professional certification in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
