Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage collections from various channels such as HL, LAP, Field Collections, and Recovery.

- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using Tally software.

- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management for resolution.

- Meet daily targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in collections or related field (BPO/Non-Voice).

- Solid knowledge of Collections process including HL, LAP, Field Collections, and Recovery.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory; proficiency in other accounting software an added advantage.
