Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do) Team Supervision: Lead 15–25 Tele-Collection Executives; drive daily login hours, call volumes, and floor productivity. Target &
- Portfolio Recovery: Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets across assigned fintech loan app portfolios (Buckets 0 to 3 &
- NPA). PTP &
- Quality Control: Conduct call audits, barge-ins, and daily huddles to improve pitch quality, negotiation, and PTP (Promise-to-Pay) conversion. Escalations &
- Settlements: Manage escalated borrower calls, payment link generation, and settlement approvals.
Compliance Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to RBI Fair Practices Code and ethical collection guidelines (zero tolerance for harassment).
Reporting:
Track agent-wise targets vs. achievements, PTP conversions, and daily recovery reports in MS Excel.
Candidate Requirements Experience: 2–3 years in Tele-Collections, with 1 years as a TL / ATL in fintech, NBFC, or agency handling loan recovery.
Domain Knowledge: App-based digital loans, bucket movement, PTP tracking, and settlement workflows.
Skills: Strong team leadership, negotiation, proficiency in MS Excel/Dialers, and fluency in regional languages (Hindi/English).
Education: Any Graduate or Higher Secondary with relevant collections TL experience. Role &
