We are looking for MBA/PGDM graduates to join as Collection Manager Management Trainees. The role involves managing collection operations, monitoring team performance, and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily collection activities and targets.
- Coordinate and guide collection executives/field teams.
- Track team performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle customer follow-ups and collection-related issues.
- Analyze collection data and identify performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Support strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Eligibility & Skills
- MBA/PGDM graduates from the 2025–2026 batch.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with leadership potential.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
