We are looking for two experienced professionals to join the founding team and build this venture together:

We are looking for two Co-Founders to build the new venture:

- Co-Founding CTO – AI & Technology

Lead technology strategy, AI/GenAI, architecture, engineering, technical delivery and technology team development.
- Co-Founding CMO – Business Development, Marketing & Growth

Lead business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, marketing, client relationships and revenue growth.

Founding Partner Structure

Both positions are Full time Co-Founder roles with a genuine skin-in-the-game model:

- Investment: ₹25–30 Lakhs (Skin in the Game)
- Proposed Equity: 24% each
- Equity Vesting: 4 years
- Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 and 10% of the annual distributable/net profit attributable under the agreed profit-sharing formula among all Cofounders
- Role: Full-Time, Dedicated Co-Founder / Founding Team
- Location: Bengaluru

Role The CoFounding CTO will take ownership of the technology vision, architecture, engineering organization and technical excellence of the new venture.

Key Responsibilities

- Define technology strategy and architecture

RoleThe Founding CMO will become the market-facing business leader responsible for building the brand, customer relationships, partnerships, sales pipeline and revenue of the new venture.
