Role Description This is a full time, on-site Co-founder and Investor role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves actively shaping the company’s strategic direction, participating in high-level decision-making, and guiding growth initiatives in existing and emerging therapeutic segments. The Co-founder and Investor will collaborate closely with other partners on business planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation to support product development, marketing, and operations.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, nurturing key partnerships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. The role also includes mentoring leadership teams,



identifying new market opportunities, and representing the company in external forums, investor meetings, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

- Strong background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences, with a solid understanding of therapeutic areas such as Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Nutrition, Pain, Cardio, or Metabolic segments.
- Proven experience in business strategy, corporate governance, and scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including investment analysis, budgeting, and long-term capital planning.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with co-founders and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks, contribute capital, and commit to long-term value creation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
