We are currently hiring for CNC Setter for one of our client.

Job Title: CNC Setter

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to handle CNC turning machine setting, tooling, offsets, first-piece setup, and production support. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of CNC tools, measuring instruments, and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Set CNC Turning machines as per engineering drawings and process requirements.
- Select tools, set tool offsets, and perform tool corrections.
- Handle job loading/unloading and first-piece setting.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
- Identify and resolve machine setting and production-related issues.
- Support CNC operators during production and ensure smooth machine operation.




- Monitor tool wear and replace inserts/tools when required.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Programming teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience in CNC Turning machine setting.
- Good knowledge of CNC tools, inserts, offsets, and tool setting.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
- Experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC machines will be preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and production support skills.
