We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for CNC machine programming, setup, operation, and production of precision components as per technical drawings and required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as per component drawings.
- Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, work holding, offsets, and tool setting.
- Operate CNC machines and monitor the machining process.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Perform tool changes, offset corrections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.
- Minimize rejection, tool wear, and machine downtime.
