CNC Machine Operation

- Operate CNC turning, VMC, or milling machines safely and efficiently.

- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

- Monitor machine operation and production cycle.

- Maintain required production quantity and cycle time.

- Identify abnormal machine sounds, vibration, or machining issues.

CNC Machine Setting

- Set CNC machines according to job requirements.

- Install and set cutting tools, holders, and fixtures.

- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and tool wear compensation.

- Load and verify CNC programs before production.

- Set cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and other machining parameters.

- Perform trial runs and first-piece inspection before starting batch production.

Drawing & Measurement





- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;

- Use measuring instruments such as:

- Vernier Caliper

- Micrometer

- Height Gauge

- Bore Gauge

- Dial Gauge

- Thread Gauges

- Check components during production and maintain dimensional accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,315.05 per month
