Kreality Fabrication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Bending Operator with hands-on experience in operating CNC Press Brake Machines, particularly Energy Mission machines with Cybelec controllers.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Press Brake Machine (100 Ton capacity).
- Must have practical knowledge of Energy Mission CNC bending machines.
- Must be proficient in Cybelec controller operation and programming.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and execute both 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- Should be able to visualize 3D designs and execute accurate bending operations as per drawings.
- Understand flat patterns, bending sequences, bend allowance, and bend deduction.
- Perform CNC bending operations as per job specifications.
- Ensure bending accuracy, quality, and dimensional tolerances.
- Select appropriate tools, punches, and dies for different bending operations.




- Maintain machine safety and basic machine maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC bending operations.
- Experience operating 100 Ton CNC Press Brake Machine.
- Knowledge of Energy Mission machines is mandatory.
- Must know Cybelec controller operation.
- Solid understanding of 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes and measurements.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
