Store Coverage: 13-16 Stores

Travel: Within city + occasional outstation travel

- Looking for an experienced Cluster HR skilled with strong experience in handling multiple stores across a retail cluster.

Key Focus Areas:

- Multi-store HR Operations
- Manpower Planning & Hiring
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Employee Relations & Grievances
- Compliance & HR Operations
- Performance Management
- Training & Development

What were looking for:

- Strong multi-store / cluster HR experience - Mandatory
- PG in HR - Mandatory
- Retail / FMCG / QSR experience - Mandatory
- Telugu - Must be able to speak & understand Telugu
- Willingness to travel
