Role Description The Cluster Head Finance is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for overseeing financial operations across assigned locations or programs. The role involves managing financial planning and budgeting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

The Cluster Head

Finance will review and analyze financial statements, monitor expenditures against budgets, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. This role also includes coordinating with program and functional teams,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and contributing to efficient resource utilization for social development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in Budgeting, including planning, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency with financial management software and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Experience in the development sector or with NGOs/social enterprises is preferred.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency and compliance.
