Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive Two-Wheeler Loan business growth by expanding dealer and sub-dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales, disbursement, and profitability targets.
- Build and manage solid relationships with key dealers, channel partners, and high-value accounts through regular engagement to drive sustainable business volumes and market share.
- Lead sales planning, target deployment, and performance reviews across branches, providing strategic guidance to improve productivity, portfolio quality, collections, and overall business performance.
- Collaborate on product, policy, and digital lending initiatives while ensuring effective risk monitoring, fraud prevention, and seamless LOS/LMS-driven execution to support scalable business growth.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in financial industry with Two Wheeler product in current role.
- Strong understanding of auto loans, two-wheeler loans, and other financial products.
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
