Role Description The Cluster Lead – Facility Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing facility operations across multiple client sites within the cluster. This role involves planning and managing housekeeping, technical services, security, and other soft services to ensure service quality, compliance with client expectations, and adherence to safety standards.
The Cluster
Lead will coordinate staffing, schedules, and resource allocation, monitor performance through site visits and reports, and resolve operational issues promptly. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients,
supervising site teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient use of technology and tools. The role also includes training team members, supporting audits, and contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Strong facility management and operations leadership skills, with experience handling multiple sites or a cluster of facilities.
- Competence in team supervision, workforce planning, and performance management in a service-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage housekeeping, technical services, security, and soft services with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Sound client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and issue-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management systems, reporting tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to facility services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in integrated facility management, real estate services, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, adapt to energetic operational needs, and travel between locations within the cluster as required.
