About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Network, Cloud & Data Center Design Engineer to architect and deliver resilient, high-performance infrastructure that powers our global operations. This role involves leading the end-to-end design of physical and virtual network environments, including on-premises data centers, colocation facilities, and multi-cloud platforms. The successful candidate will ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting demanding service level agreements (SLAs).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of network architecture, contributing to cutting-edge solutions that support our expanding business footprint worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-grade data center networks,



including spine-leaf topologies, fabric interconnects, and WAN/SD-WAN overlays to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Lead cloud network architecture across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including VPCs, transit gateways, direct connects, and cloud-native routing solutions.
- Develop comprehensive low-level design (LLD) and high-level design (HLD) documentation, including rack elevations, cable plans, and capacity models to facilitate seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with security teams to embed zero-trust principles, micro-segmentation, and compliance controls into network designs, ensuring robust security posture.
- Evaluate and select network hardware and software vendors, conduct proof-of-concept testing, and manage technology refresh cycles to maintain state-of-the-art infrastructure.
- Partner with data center operations, facilities, and cloud engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and effective Day 2 operations, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Define network observability standards, traffic engineering policies, and failure-mode testing procedures, including chaos engineering and disaster recovery drills.

Qualifications

- Proven experience designing data center networks, particularly spine-leaf and CLOS architectures, using BGP EVPN/VXLAN for large-scale Layer 2/3 overlay networks.
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including transit gateways, VPC peering, private endpoints, and direct connect solutions.
- Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS,



MPLS, and QoS, with the ability to troubleshoot complex routing policies.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, including micro-segmentation, firewall policy design, TLS/SSL inspection, and compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automating network provisioning and configuration management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE (Routing & Switching, Data Center, or Service Provider), AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer are highly desirable.
