Job Description – Closing Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India

Reporting To: Team Lead – Closing

Experience Required: 5+ years with real estate developers, ideally in large-scale residential or luxury high-rise projects

Role Overview

As the Closing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process of high-value sales in our twin high-rise towers. You will act as the bridge between prospective buyers, sales, legal, finance, and operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and highly skilled closing experience that upholds the brand’s luxury promise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading the Closing Process

* Oversee all closing activities from negotiated deals through final client handover.




- Coordinate with sales teams, brokers, and channel partners to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of booking forms, cost sheets, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to facilitate loan disbursements, payment processing, and client documentation.

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers during the closing phase, addressing questions, concerns, and administrative requirements.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and present project USPs, pricing, payment plans, and terms clearly and confidently.
- Negotiate terms and resolve objections to ensure deal closure while safeguarding company margins.
- Maintain long-term relationships post-closing for referrals, future phase

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
