Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage qualified real estate leads from initial contact to final closure.

- Call leads, understand their requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.

- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to prospective clients.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested prospects.

- Convert site visits and qualified leads into successful bookings and sales closures.

- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and concerns effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures in the CRM/lead tracker.

- Coordinate with the pre-sales, site, documentation, and management teams to ensure smooth closure.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.

- Track lead quality and provide feedback to the sourcing/marketing team to improve lead generation.





- Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle until booking and documentation.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Closing / Property Sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in handling leads and converting them into sales.

- Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.

- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.

- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹20,672.69 - ₹40,000.00 per month
