Role Summary

Support the development and validation of an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform by curating, annotating, and validating clinical data. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical accuracy, quality, and usability of new product features.

What Youll Do

- Perform clinical annotation and medical data labeling across multiple specialties
- Curate, review, and organize clinical datasets for AI model development
- Validate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, completeness, and relevance
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product features and workflows
- Create and execute clinical test cases for diverse patient scenarios
- Identify and report clinical inaccuracies, workflow gaps, and product issues
- Assist in developing annotation guidelines and validation protocols
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and product usability




- Stay updated with clinical guidelines and incorporate evidence-based practices
- Support pilot deployments and customer feedback analysis as required

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- MBBS or equivalent clinical qualification
- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and patient management
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and healthcare technology

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Health, or Healthcare Technology
- Experience with clinical documentation or EMR systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
