To provide effective patient support and coordination throughout the patient's visit, ensuring smooth communication between patients, attendants, doctors, therapists, and administrative teams.

The Clinical Relationship

Executive will be responsible for patient handling, counselling, follow-up, coordination, and maintaining a positive patient experience.

1. Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants in a courteous and professional manner.

- Handle patients with patience, empathy, and sensitivity, particularly those requiring special attention.

- Understand patient concerns and coordinate with the appropriate doctor, therapist, or clinical team.

- Assist patients during registration, consultation, therapy sessions, investigations, billing, and discharge/exit procedures as applicable.

- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain proper schedules.

- Explain basic procedures, services, treatment schedules, and centre guidelines to patients and attendants.

- Address routine patient queries and escalate clinical or serious complaints to the concerned authority.

- Maintain regular communication with patients and their families regarding appointments, follow-ups, and service-related information.

- Conduct patient follow-up calls and maintain appropriate records.

- Collect patient feedback and communicate suggestions or complaints to the concerned department.

- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, nurses, reception, billing, and other departments for smooth patient services.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinical records.

- Assist elderly patients, children, persons with disabilities, and patients requiring additional support.

- Ensure patients are guided safely and comfortably within the clinical facility.

- Maintain accurate patient-related documentation and reports.





- Support patient retention and relationship-building activities.

- Help improve patient satisfaction and overall service quality.

- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting authority.

1. Patient Handling Responsibilities

The employee should be capable of:

- Handling patients calmly and respectfully, even in stressful situations.

- Communicating effectively with patients and attendants from different backgrounds.

- Managing patient concerns and directing them to the appropriate authority.

- Supporting patients who may be anxious, uncomfortable, elderly, or have special needs.

- Maintaining professional boundaries while providing compassionate assistance.

- Managing multiple patients and priorities without compromising service quality.

1. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.

1. Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation centre, healthcare institution, or patient relationship role preferred.

- Candidates with demonstrated patient-handling and customer-service experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
