RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologists with 4-6 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate Clinical Psychologists who share our commitment to improving access to high-quality ADHD care. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled,
curious, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a specialist ADHD service in India.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Administer, score, and interpret psychometric assessments.
Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for ADHD and associated difficulties.
Develop individualised treatment and support plans.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care.
Provide psychoeducation to individuals, families, and caregivers.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Participate in clinical supervision, training, and service development initiatives.
Contribute to workshops, webinars, and community outreach programmes.
Support the development of clinical pathways, protocols, and cutting-edge ADHD care models.
Skills & Qualifications
M.Phil Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognised institution.
Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly ADHD.
Experience with psychometric assessments and report writing.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
