Clinical Partnerships Lead – Mental Health
Location: Bengaluru
Company: EMME
Experience: 7–15 years preferred
About EMME
EMME is building a new way for mental-health professionals to understand their patients between sessions.
Patients use EMME to capture their history, daily reflections, emotions and experiences. Therapists and psychiatrists can use these insights to better understand what has happened between appointments and have more informed conversations with their patients.
We are now launching EMME with mental-health professionals across India.
The Role
We are looking for someone who already has strong, established relationships with psychiatrists and the mental-health ecosystem in India.
This is not a conventional software-sales role.
You may currently be—or previously have been—in CNS / neuropsychiatry pharmaceutical sales, healthcare partnerships, mental-health business development or a similar role where you have built trusted relationships with psychiatrists over several years.
Your job is to introduce EMME to the right clinicians, build early partnerships and help us create a strong clinician-led distribution network.
What You Will Do
- Introduce EMME to psychiatrists, psychologists and mental-health clinics.
- Build and manage relationships with leading clinicians and institutions.
- Identify influential psychiatrists and early adopters in each market.
- Arrange product demonstrations and clinician onboarding.
- Convert interested clinicians into EMME pilots and paying customers.
- Develop relationships with psychiatric associations, professional communities and conferences.
- Organise small clinician meetings, workshops and demonstrations.
- Build referral-led growth within clinician networks.
- Bring structured feedback from clinicians back to the product team.
- Help us expand city-by-city across India.
Who We’re Looking For We would especially like to meet people with:
- 7+ years of experience in CNS / neuropsychiatry pharma sales or mental-health partnerships.
- Existing relationships with psychiatrists.
- Experience dealing directly with senior doctors and clinic owners.
- Strong understanding of how the psychiatry ecosystem works in India.
- Experience organising or participating in CMEs, conferences and clinician meetings.
- Ability to open doors through relationships rather than depending primarily on cold outreach.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup workplace.
Experience selling software is not necessary. Understanding clinicians and having their trust is considerably more important to us.
A Simple Test
If you joined EMME tomorrow:
How many psychiatrists could you personally call or WhatsApp and get a meeting with over the next 30 days?
If the answer is a substantial number, we’d particularly like to speak with you.
What Success Looks Like
Initially, success means building a highly engaged network of psychiatrists and psychologists who actively use EMME with their patients.
Over time, you will help us build EMME’s clinician distribution network across India and potentially other markets.
Why EMME
Mental-health professionals typically see a patient for a limited amount of time during an appointment.
A lot happens between those appointments.
EMME is designed to help capture that missing context.
We want to work with clinicians who believe technology can help them understand their patients better—without trying to replace the clinician.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
