Role Description: The Clinical Director/Center Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. This role includes leading and supervising the Specialist clinical team, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines. The individual will manage patient flow, optimize appointment scheduling, and maintain quality assurance across all services, including advanced dental procedures.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with senior leadership on service development, managing clinical documentation and compliance,



and fostering a patient-centered environment that aligns with the organization’s standards.

The Clinical

Director/Center Head will be expected to provide clinical guidance, support professional development for staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the center.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Dentistry and relevant clinical practice within oral health or related healthcare fields. A minimum of 8 years' experience is required for this position
- Candidates should possess skills in Clinical Supervision, including team leadership, mentoring, and oversight of treatment protocols.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Psychology to support patient-centered care, effective communication, and behavioral understanding.
- Candidates should understand communication principles to enhance patient engagement, treatment adherence, and overall well-being.
- Relevant dental or medical degree (e.g., BDS, MDS, with specialization in Endodontics, Prosthodontics, or Periodontics) and appropriate licenses or registrations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a clinical center or department, preferably in dental or healthcare settings.
- Solid organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory care, with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
