ABOUT DRIP LABSDrip Labs is a physician-led premium healthcare and wellness ecosystem operating at the intersection of:

We are looking for a Clinical & Field Pharmacist who can work across pharmacy operations, warehouse management, IV therapy support, sample collection, field healthcare services and medical sales.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited for a pharmacist who is comfortable working both from the facility/warehouse and independently in the field.

THE ROLEYou will support Drip Labs across clinical operations, pharmaceutical inventory, IV therapy, patient/field services and healthcare business development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between:

Warehouse → Clinic/Centre → Doctor/Partner → Patient → Field Visit → Medical Sales

You should be clinically responsible, operationally disciplined, confident with patients and healthcare professionals, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.

KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- PHARMACY & MEDICINE MANAGEMENTOutcome: Medicines, injectables, consumables and clinical products are stored, handled and documented safely and efficiently.

- Manage pharmaceutical and medical inventory at the warehouse/site
- Receive, verify, store and dispatch medicines and healthcare products
- Maintain batch, expiry, quantity and stock records
- Monitor FEFO/FIFO and identify near-expiry inventory
- Maintain appropriate storage conditions, including temperature-sensitive products
- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse, centres and field requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory reconciliation

2. IV THERAPY & CLINICAL SUPPORTOutcome: IV therapy sessions are prepared and supported safely, efficiently and according to approved clinical protocols.

- Prepare IV therapy materials, consumables and medications as per approved protocols/prescriptions
- Understand IV infusion equipment, cannulation and infusion procedures
- Demonstrate practical competency in IV cannulation and venipuncture
- Administer IV infusions only within applicable professional scope, approved protocols and under required clinical supervision
- Monitor patients during procedures and identify adverse reactions or warning signs
- Follow infection-control, aseptic and patient-safety practices
- Maintain accurate treatment and procedure documentation
- Escalate clinical concerns promptly to the supervising physician/clinical lead

PCI's clinical-pharmacist framework specifically includes supporting prescription infusion and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- BLOOD SAMPLE COLLECTION & FIELD PHLEBOTOMYOutcome: Blood sample collection is performed professionally, safely and with accurate handling and documentation.

- Perform venipuncture/blood sample collection where legally and professionally permitted and trained
- Correctly identify patients and verify sample requirements
- Follow appropriate collection, labelling, handling and transport procedures
- Coordinate sample dispatch with diagnostic laboratories
- Maintain sample integrity and documentation




- Follow universal precautions, biomedical-waste and infection-control procedures

Hands-on phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred.

- FIELD & HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICESOutcome: Drip Labs can reliably deliver healthcare services beyond the centre/warehouse.

Be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR, Gurugram and nearby locations for:

- Patient/clinical visits
- IV therapy support
- Blood/sample collection
- Doctor/clinic visits
- Partner onboarding
- Product demonstrations
- Healthcare events and camps
- Operational support for new locations

The role requires flexibility to work in office, at the warehouse, at centres and in the field, depending on business requirements.

- WAREHOUSE & SUPPLY OPERATIONSOutcome: Clinical inventory remains available, traceable and operationally ready.

- Maintain stock registers and inventory systems
- Coordinate inward/outward movement
- Verify products against purchase/dispatch documentation
- Track batch numbers and expiry
- Identify shortages and replenishment requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, operations and finance
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized and inspection-ready

6. MEDICAL SALES & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGEOutcome: Strong product knowledge translates into qualified healthcare conversations and commercial opportunities. The candidate should understand pharmaceutical and healthcare products sufficiently to:

- Explain product features and appropriate use within approved information
- Present products to doctors, clinics, wellness centres and healthcare professionals
- Support medical product demonstrations
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team
- Maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare partners
- Support product onboarding and partner education

This is not a pure sales position—but commercial understanding and willingness to contribute to business development are essential.

- DOCTOR & HEALTHCARE PARTNER SUPPORTOutcome: Doctors and partner centres receive responsive clinical and product support.

- Coordinate product requirements with doctors and partner clinics
- Support onboarding and training around approved products/protocols
- Resolve operational/product queries
- Coordinate samples, products and clinical materials
- Maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders

8. PATIENT EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCTOutcome: Every patient interaction reflects Drip Labs' premium healthcare standards.

- Communicate professionally and empathetically
- Explain procedures clearly within your professional scope
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow consent and documentation requirements
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Escalate medical concerns to the appropriate clinician

9. QUALITY, SAFETY & COMPLIANCEOutcome: Clinical and pharmaceutical operations are conducted according to applicable regulations and internal SOPs.

- Follow pharmacy, storage,



dispensing and documentation requirements applicable to the role
- Follow SOPs for IV therapy, sample collection and clinical operations
- Maintain infection-control and biomedical-waste practices
- Report adverse events, medication errors, product issues or deviations immediately
- Support audits, inspections and quality documentation

Only appropriately registered pharmacists should perform activities reserved by law for registered pharmacists; PCI states that pharmacist registration is maintained by State Pharmacy Councils. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEYour performance will be measured by:

IDEAL CANDIDATEQualificationD.Pharm / B.Pharm / Pharm.D Valid State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory.

Experience2–5+ years preferred, particularly in:
