Company Description Livel, in collaboration with Nyle Health, is part of an emerging movement to transform how India approaches aging and long-term health. As India moves toward having over 340 million adults above 60 by 2050, Livel focuses on proactive, evidence-based care that preserves functional independence rather than only treating disease. The organization uses scientific assessments to identify early vulnerability in strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and resilience, aiming to prevent functional decline before it becomes disability.

Currently in pilot phase with early cohorts, Nyle Health is building a scalable model to make independence in aging measurable and achievable. Role Description The Clinical Nutritionist at Livel will provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition care to support functional independence and healthy aging for clients in the Pune District. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, interpreting clinical data, and developing individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans aligned with functional health goals.

The Clinical

Nutritionist will offer one-on-one nutritional counseling, guide clients in weight management and chronic disease prevention, and collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to design integrated care plans. Daily responsibilities include documenting interventions, tracking outcomes,



adjusting nutrition plans based on progress, and contributing to the development of protocols and educational materials. The role also requires active participation in multidisciplinary case discussions and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical nutrition and geriatric care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Nutrition and Dietetics, with the ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical, culturally appropriate guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Nutrition Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring for a range of health conditions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Nutritional Counseling, with a focus on behavior change, patient education, and long-term adherence.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Weight Management, including designing safe and sustainable plans for weight loss, maintenance, or gain as clinically indicated.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field, with registration or certification as a dietitian/nutritionist where applicable.
- Beneficial skills include experience working with older adults, familiarity with geriatric or preventive healthcare, strong communication and documentation abilities, and comfort working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage a structured caseload, use digital tools for record-keeping, and maintain high ethical and qualified standards in patient care.
