Role & responsibilities The Clinic Operations & Medicine Fulfilment Executive will be smooth and productive execution of the clinic's day-to-day operational activities, with primary responsibility for medicine preparation, inventory management, vendor coordination, packing, dispatch and shipment tracking.
The role will also support the doctor during consultations, coordinate assigned payment follow-ups, and act as the administrative user/owner of the digital tools and software used for patient management and overall clinic operations.
The role requires a person who is organized, detail-oriented, digitally comfortable, dependable and willing to learn.
