We are looking for a Client Success & Business Associate ( North & South Goa ) to join Team WeddingsdeGoa and be the key point of contact for our wedding industry clients. ( Local Candidates based in Goa only )
Your role will be to build solid client relationships, understand their business needs, ensure they get results from WeddingsdeGoa, and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and help them get the best value from WeddingsdeGoa.
- Regularly communicate with clients and follow up on leads, campaigns and deliverables.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate new business and convert prospective clients into paying customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing client accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines and follow-ups on Zoho CRM.
- Contribute ideas to improve client retention, revenue and overall business growth.
What We're Looking For.
- Based in Goa (North or South Goa) with good communication skills in Konkani.
- Passionate about Business,
Sales and Client Management.
- Target-driven and comfortable with sales.
- Ability to understand client needs and solve problems.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and wedding professionals.
- Basic knowledge of sales, business or customer success is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
