We are looking for a Client Servicing & Sales Coordinator who can take ownership of enquiries, sales follow-ups, and day-to-day client communication across both our brands.

What you'll be doing:

Sales & Enquiries

- Respond to enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Understand the client's requirements and qualify enquiries.
- Share relevant portfolios, service information and pricing.
- Explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and structured manner.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up schedules.
- Identify serious prospects and coordinate calls with the founder.
- Follow up after calls and quotations.
- Maintain the sales pipeline from enquiry to payment.
- Help convert qualified enquiries into paying clients.

The Great Indian Studio Clients You may handle enquiries related to:

- Digital wedding invitations
- Wedding invitation videos
- Illustration and animation
- Wedding stationery
- Save-the-Date videos
- Invitation websites
- Other wedding-related creative services

Brandbench Clients You may also handle enquiries related to:

- Branding
- Logo and visual identity
- Brand strategy
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Digital marketing
- Advertising campaigns
- Marketing strategy
- Other creative and marketing services

You are not expected to be a branding or marketing expert on day one, but you should be curious enough to understand our services and explain them accurately to prospective clients.

Client Servicing

Once a client comes on board, you will:

- Act as the primary communication point for the client.
- Collect project briefs, references, photographs, text, and other required information.
- Coordinate between clients and the internal creative team.
- Track project timelines, feedback, and approvals.
- Follow up with clients for pending information or approvals.




- Keep clients updated about project progress.
- Coordinate revision rounds.
- Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to the creative team.
- Coordinate payment and final-delivery processes.

Operations
- Maintain the lead and client database.
- Keep project statuses updated.
- Ensure no enquiry or active client is left without a timely response.
- Maintain follow-up schedules.
- Prepare basic reports on enquiries, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Help improve our sales and client communication processes.

Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is:

- Excellent at written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable speaking to customers on phone calls.
- Professional and confident on WhatsApp.
- Organised and good at following up.
- Patient when dealing with clients.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Proactive rather than waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM, and project-management tools.
- Interested in both sales and customer experience.

Previous experience in client servicing, sales coordination, account management, advertising, branding, digital marketing, creative agencies, or the wedding industry will be an advantage.

Important:

This is not a telecalling job.

The role involves consultative sales and client relationship management.

You will be expected to understand the client's requirements, identify the appropriate service, communicate its value, and maintain the relationship through the project lifecycle.
