Role Description The Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with hospitality and lifestyle clients. This role includes understanding client business objectives, coordinating campaigns across social media, performance marketing, and reputation management, and ensuring timely delivery of all digital initiatives.

The individual will act as a central point of contact, preparing briefs, reviewing deliverables, and collaborating with internal creative, content, and performance teams to maintain quality and brand alignment.

The Client Servicing

Manager will monitor campaign performance, handle feedback, resolve issues,



and work proactively to support client satisfaction and long-term retention. The role also involves regular reporting, participation in review meetings, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality experience for all clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, agency account management, or hospitality brand management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and basic understanding of social media and performance marketing metrics.
