Who are we looking for?
- Coordinate closely with Developers, Support department to ensure timely processing of client requirements
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding payment confirmations, outstanding amounts, and collection status
- Coordinate with the Development Team to assess the effort and estimated time required to complete each requirement
- Ensure that all client and requirement-related data is accurate, updated, and properly documented
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure that payment commitments are collected within the agreed timelines
- Understand the requirements raised by clients
