Own relationships. Create opportunities. Drive growth.As a Client Relationship Executive/Manager at OYU Green, you’ll be based in office in Bhopal & Gurugram. Client Relationship Executive/Manager is a full-time role focused on managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to support project execution and business growth.

The role involves client engagement, lead generation and qualification, business outreach, proposal coordination, pipeline management, documentation, and timely follow-ups from initial contact through project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own client and prospect relationships, understand requirements, address queries, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify target clients, partners, and opportunities; conduct multi-channel outreach and nurture qualified leads.




- Qualify opportunities, maintain CRM/pipeline records, coordinate meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups through closure.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on documentation, deliverables, timelines, and action items to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build strategic stakeholder relationships, track market and sector developments, and contribute to outreach, conversion, retention, and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience as a Client Relationship Executive/Manager
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Excellent follow-up, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and ability to proactively resolve client queries and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, project timelines, documentation, CRM records, and follow-ups accurately.
- Understanding of client requirements, business development opportunities, presentation, negotiation, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹12,382.22 - ₹45,326.82 per month
