Customer handling and Operations coordinator – MakeupAura

MakeupAura is a bridal and beauty service company that connects brides with professional makeup artists and beauty services for weddings and special occasions. We focus on delivering smooth customer support and a excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

Connect with brides/customers via call & WhatsApp

Handle regular follow-ups

Maintain customer data in Google Sheets

Resolve customer queries professionally

Coordinate with the team for smooth operations

Requirements

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & computer operations

Organized and customer-friendly approach experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
