Role Description The Client Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.



This role is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

The Client Account

Manager will coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Typical tasks include tracking project progress, preparing status reports, gathering and clarifying requirements, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and supporting contract renewals. The role also involves maintaining accurate account records, monitoring client satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement in service and communication processes.
