Role Summary

Provide day-to-day support, administration, and integration management for Clarity PPM solutions, ensuring smooth operations and system reliability. Support application upgrades, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

What Youll Do

- Provide day-to-day support and administration for Clarity PPM
- Configure and maintain Clarity projects, resources, portfolios, workflows, and reports
- Develop, monitor, and support integrations between Clarity PPM and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Manage application operations, performance monitoring, and incident resolution
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams to gather and implement requirements
- Support application upgrades, patches, and release deployments
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures




- Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards
- Work with cloud-based environments and support applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 3+ years of experience with Clarity PPM
- Strong experience in Clarity administration, configuration, and operations
- Hands-on experience with Clarity integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, GEL scripts, or XOG
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience in production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and release management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
