Role: Claims Processor Non-Voice

Shift: 5:45 PM - 3:30 AM

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: 20,000/month CTC + Incentives

Approx. In-Hand: 15,000/month after applicable PF deduction

Transport: Two-way cab within 30 km

The role involves processing healthcare claims through internal platforms and reviewing documents such as invoices, expense reports, recurring premium claims, and supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Process healthcare claims accurately through internal systems.
- Review and verify claim-related documents.
- Enter and update claim information accurately.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and SLA requirements.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- 6 months of project duration
