Role Summary

Lead the development of detailed 3D civil and structural models for industrial and infrastructure projects. Manage a modeling team, ensure quality control, and coordinate BIM processes and clash detection.

What Youll Do

- Develop detailed 3D models for civil and structural elements using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Interpret engineering drawings, design inputs, and specifications to create accurate models
- Lead and manage the C&S; modeling team, allocating tasks and ensuring timely delivery
- Perform quality control checks on models and drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Model and manage topographic surfaces and civil components (grading, roads, site development)
- Coordinate with other discipline teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integration
- Prepare and extract construction drawings, material take-offs, and deliverables from 3D models
- Maintain and implement modeling standards and procedures
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes using Navisworks
- Train and mentor junior modelers in best practices and technical workflows

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Proficiency in 3D modeling with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, detailing standards, and constructability
- Experience managing a small to mid-sized modeling team
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, drawing standards, and BIM execution plans
- Experience in topographical surface modeling and infrastructure/industrial plant projects
- Exposure to BIM coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC)
- Ability to perform clash detection and prepare clash check reports in Navisworks
- Experience converting models into Navisworks platform (IFC to NWD, Step to NWD)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Positive to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Familiarity with local and international civil & structural codes and standards

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
