Job Summary

Megha & Omega Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and dedicated CLAT Faculty to train students for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

Subjects to Handle

- Legal Reasoning
- Current Affairs
- General Knowledge (GK)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured CLAT preparation classes.
- Teach Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, and GK as per the CLAT examination pattern.
- Develop and deliver CLAT-specific study plans, lesson plans, practice sets, and mock tests.
- Train students in passage-based Legal Reasoning and critical reading skills.
- Provide regular updates and analysis of important national and international current affairs.
- Conduct topic-wise tests, sectional tests, and full-length CLAT mock examinations.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement strategies.
- Mentor students on time management, question-solving techniques, and exam strategies.
- Prepare and update study materials and question banks based on the latest CLAT trends.
- Track student progress and work towards improving their overall performance.





CLAT Training Experience – Required/Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in CLAT coaching/training is preferred.
- Experience teaching Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, and GK for CLAT or other law entrance examinations.
- Strong understanding of the CLAT exam pattern, syllabus, question types, and preparation methodology.
- Experience in conducting CLAT mock tests, sectional tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance analysis.
- Candidates with a proven track record of mentoring students for CLAT and other undergraduate law entrance examinations will be preferred.
- Ability to identify individual student weaknesses and provide targeted academic support.
- Experience in creating CLAT-oriented study materials, practice questions, and current-affairs content is an added advantage.

Requirements
- LLB/LLM or relevant qualification preferred.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work effectively in a classroom and coaching environment.
