Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects aligned with the company’s standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks. The role involves performing site inspections,



monitoring progress, addressing technical issues, and implementing effective stormwater management and other civil engineering solutions.

The Civil

Engineer will also support project documentation, cost estimation, and schedule planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering skills, including Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer, with exposure to project execution and site coordination.
- Planning skills related to project scheduling, resource allocation, and construction workflows.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
- Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or facilities projects in an urban environment is a plus.
