We are looking for a responsible and technically competent Civil Engineer to oversee building construction, repair, maintenance, and related civil works. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and effectively manage contractors, agencies, vendors, and workers.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, workmanship, and project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, estimates, work schedules, measurements, and site reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction-related issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and management for smooth execution.
- Handle building maintenance, repairs, renovation, plumbing, waterproofing, civil finishing, and other related works.
- Identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Verify work completed by contractors and assist in checking bills and measurements.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, photographs, and progress reports.
- Communicate project requirements clearly with agencies and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support management in planning and executing new infrastructure and maintenance projects.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of building construction and civil maintenance.
- Strong coordination and agency/contractor management skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle construction and maintenance activities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic construction estimation/BOQ preparation is preferred.
- Ability to monitor multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Strong site supervision and team-management skills.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is hands-on, responsible, well-organized, and capable of independently managing construction as well as ongoing building maintenance activities will be preferred.
