Role & responsibilities

Total experience in industrial/manufacturing projects:Minimum 56 years.

2.Independently handled the project?

3.Activities executed: Survey, layout, excavation, foundations, RCC, anchor bolts, PEB erection, flooring, roads, drains, utilities, finishing and handover

4.Experience in Tendering & BOQ: Quantity take-off, tender evaluation, vendor comparison, Billing & verification of bills

5.Project Planning & Reporting: MS Project/Excel, look-ahead plans, PPTs, DPR/WPR/MPR.

6.knowledge of statutory approvals, legal compliance and EHS: Basic knowledge and coordination with statutory authorities, safety permits and compliance.

7.coordinated with consultants, contractors?

8.Software’s: MSP/Excel, AutoCAD
