Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil – Outstation Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution, quality control, and coordination for civil works (including paver blocks, kerbstones, drainage, etc.). The role involves frequent travel and staying at outstation project sites as per project requirements.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

Supervise installation of paver blocks, kerbstones, drainage systems, and related civil works Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

Daily planning and allocation of labour, machinery, and materials

1. Quality Control

Check levels, slopes, compaction, and finishing of work Ensure material quality (pavers, concrete, sand, etc.) meets standards

Coordinate with lab/testing if required

1. Measurement & Billing

Take accurate site measurements (running bills, final bills) Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)

Assist in client billing and subcontractor verification

1. Material & Inventory Management

Track incoming and consumed material at site

Prevent wastage and pilferage

Maintain stock register and coordinate with head office
1. Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on site Handle site issues and provide practical solutions

Ensure smooth communication between site and office





1. Labour Management

Supervise labour and subcontractorS Ensure discipline, productivity, and safety compliance

Outstation Requirement

Candidate must be willing to stay at project sites (outstation) for extended durations

Accommodation will be provided by the company

Must be comfortable working in remote / developing locations

Skills & Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2–5 years experience in site execution (pavers / roads / civil preferred)

Good knowledge of levels, drawings, and site measurements

Basic Excel / reporting skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Honest, accountable, and hands-on attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
