M/S Dhakshin Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated Bank Valuation Work Coordinator to coordinate property valuation assignments with clients, bank managers, and field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bank valuation assignments with clients and bank managers.
- Receive and follow up on property valuation requests from banks.
- Coordinate site inspections and property measurements with field engineers.
- Collect property documents, building plans, and other relevant records.
- Follow up on valuation report preparation and submission.
- Maintain client details, bank contacts, and valuation work records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with bank officials and clients.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to communicate professionally with bank managers and clients.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in bank valuation, real estate, or office administration will be an advantage.
