Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Pernem.

The Civil

Engineer will plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects related to real estate development, including site layout, infrastructure, and utilities. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and reports, coordinating with architects, project managers, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring construction quality and progress,



and addressing technical issues that arise during execution.

The Civil

Engineer will also support stormwater management planning, cost estimation, and project scheduling to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on site, including planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.
- Knowledge of planning processes for land development, site layout, and infrastructure planning within urban and semi-urban environments.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related environmental and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Pernem, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines; prior experience in real estate or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
