Role Description The Civil Engineer will support the design, planning, and maintenance of plant infrastructure, utilities, and site development for ADITI FOODS (INDIA) PVT. LTD. in Walwa.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings for structures, drainage systems, roads, and site layouts, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and vendors, monitoring construction activities,



and resolving on-site technical issues.

The Civil

Engineer will also manage stormwater management systems, support upgrades to facilities and production areas, and contribute to cost-effective, durable engineering solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Walwa.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with the ability to develop and review structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience in Planning and project coordination for industrial or manufacturing facilities, including scheduling and resource management.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site grading, with a focus on environmental compliance.
- Background working as Civil Engineers in construction, infrastructure, or industrial plant projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards (experience with food industry facilities is an advantage).
- Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Walwa and oversee field activities, inspections, and contractor work.
