? We’re Hiring: Civil Project Lead / Operations Head

Empire Tech Global is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can take ownership of project execution and work closely with the founders.

Role includes:

- Managing warehouse, industrial & civil construction projects
- Site surveys, estimation and project feasibility
- Government tender participation & execution
- Coordinating contractors, vendors and site teams
- Ensuring quality, timelines and construction standards
- Supporting business development and identifying recent projects

Preferred experience:

- Strong civil engineering & on-ground execution knowledge
- Experience with PEB / prefabricated / steel structure buildings
- Understanding of BOQs, costing, billing and tenders
- Ability to independently manage projects and take leadership decisions
